    Hey there @horses770 

    Please try the steps listed out here, let me know if that clears this up for you. 

    For the other error you're seeing, that sounds like you're missing the 64-bit versions of these packs-  that's something the live support team would need to manually add for you as we don't have access to your account details to add that over the forums. You can contact live support to get the correct version of your packs added from the help site here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/
