Sims 3 Won't launch after i merged my accounts

@bethanie5 The issue is likely the account merge, and unfortunately, only EA support can fix it. You may have better luck with EA Help on Twitter or Facebook, particularly during U.S. business hours, but you'd need to wait until tomorrow since July 4 is a holiday.
If you'd like to try today, contact EA support again but request a live chat session rather than a phone call or email. Then you can link a few other threads on the same subject where an EA community manager has confirmed that the merge is the problem and helped players resolve it.
