I've tried everything to get this game to launch via Origin and it just wont. I've repaired the game, I've cleared Origin Caches, I've installed Direct X but it says its detected a newer version on my laptop and nothing is working. What else can I try?
So, the DLC that was merged was the problem. I asked them to remove the affected DLC and re-purchased them. The game is now launching and all the packs are visible in the new EA app too
Yep I did this, the game launched no problem, but as you say not all of the owned games are on there so I'll just have to wait until ea adds them in
So I've sort of found the issue on my PC, and some of the Sims 3 DLC thats on my account is not working. It's there, but also not there if that makes sense. Is it possible to re-link them to my account? I cant seem to contact EA through the live chat option as it's not available currently
