sims 3 won't launch windows 11

Question

Hi There!&nbsp;I was wondering if anyone could help with my issue. I have tried almost everything from:- downloading the 2005's directX9- uninstalling to reinstalling the game on my pc- removing the Sims 3 folder in my documents- launching the game on Origin &amp; on SteamI'm running on Windows 11 so is it possible that the issue may comes from that?Could you help?&nbsp;i have no cc.You will find attached my Dxdiag report.&nbsp;Thanks for your support!

@pqgpnqwin1lb&nbsp; While your computer doesn't have a 12th-gen Intel Core processor, your dxdiag lists the same type of Sims 3 error as those who do have those models, so the same workaround they use may also help you.&nbsp; Specifically, the goal is to limit the game to one CPU core while it's loading.&nbsp; You can accomplish this with the patch made by Lazy Duchess:
