puzzlezaddict​ I use the Windows Defender software that came with my PC, nothing fancy. I uninstalled and reinstalled as you explained, but no change! My friend (who also bought the game alongside me, except on a laptop,) was able to install her copies just fine on her laptop? :) I'm so confused! I'll try to turn off the AV software as you explained, thank you for trying to help me lol
