Sims 3 World not showing up in game.

I recently bought the sims 3 roaring heights off of the EA app. I went on to my sims account and redeemed the code. I then downloaded it onto my sims 3 launcher. Every time I download it, it shows as an object and every time I load the game the world never shows up.  I’ve tried everything from uninstalling all my worlds to deleting all the DCache and ebc stuff. None of it works. I’m not great with computers anyway and don’t understand anything I’m doing. I’d really love to play the game but I’m at a complete loss of what to do. At this point and I think I might just abandon it. If anyone knows a solution that might work I’d love to know.
