@Chocostar2 In the Sims 3 user folder, there's a folder called SigsCache. Try deleting everything in there.
If that doesn't help, try rebuilding your user folder. Keep using Firefox, and clear all its data. Move the Sims 3 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop and launch the game to create a new folder. Download one small store item, install it, and see whether it shows up in-game. If it does, download a world and install it, then test that too. If the world works, restart your computer and test again, just to make sure.
If everything still works, you can download and install the rest of your store content, but please do so in small batches of no more than about six items at a time. Worlds are large and should be handled on their own, not in a batch with anything else.
If this doesn't work, please let me know what antivirus you run, if any, and whether you use OneDrive.
