Sims keep crashing

For the past few days my sims keep on crashing, i checked my event viewer and i got this:

  • This computer's graphic chip is also below minimum requirements since you only have 64 MB of dedicated memory and the drivers are very outdated.

    Also you only have a 32 bit operating system which causes the game to only to be able to use 2 GB of RAM in total (all other applications you run at the same time also take away from that). This is why you're getting error 12.

    Try updating your drivers and start a new save game. The old one probably simply uses too much RAM already.

    Keep to small worlds to play.
