SIMS REDEMPTION CODE ALREADY USED WHEN BOUGHT THE GAME. HOW DO I GET A NEW ONE?

We went into game stop today and had purchased the Sims 3 World Bundle, it was unopened. Got home, opened it up. Put the disk into my PC and tried installing the two disks, when it had asked for a redemption code, i used the one that was inside the case on the sheet of paper. A message had popped up and said that the code had already been used... How do I get a new one so I can install my games?
