this has occur from time to time on no particular sims, but always on the career outfits.
they are always wearing the career outfit on top of the everyday outfit...
creating a new set of outfit, reset sim doesn't help...
@hamsterbellbelle I've never seen something like this happen before. Do you use mods or custom content? Is there any pattern to either the career or the everyday outfits that the sims are wearing when they get this bug?
Regardless, you'll probably have better luck asking about this issue on the Sims forums. Plenty of players use cc and spend a lot of time designing and planning outfits; I'm sure someone will be able to help.
