I seem to be having the same issue. I can log in to the website but via the launcher it just pops the same login box up again. My password & e-mail is correct as I've checked, double checked and triple checked. Therefore I can't re-download some store content such as Riverview. (I had to uninstall/reinstall the game recently). I see a lot of solutions involving Internet Explorer, but I don't use that. I use Opera exclusively. I've not even activated it in years.
@jadenk It doesn't matter if you use Internet Explorer or not; the launcher and game will regardless. So please try clearing its cache, and be sure to uncheck the box to preserve data for favorite sites.
