Sponsorpay Script error and Service Initialization Fail (0x0175d824)

I've tirelessly  been looking online for a solution for these things (found many but none worked for me) and I'm unsure if they are related or not.

I've tried ccleaner, my own defrag/ resgistry cleaner, clearing cache for both the games and the browser, unintalling and reinstalling game, deleting custom content, superpatching, updating windows, updating java, updating flash, uninstalled and reinstalled origin, turning origin offline, etc. Currently Running IE 11 and windows 8.1

I started getting these problems a little while ago (about a month or so) and thought it would clear up on its own but now it's out of control and driving me nuts....

I will get the sponorpay script error and whether I click yes or no is irrelevant because right after it goes to boot up game this happens. 

Here is my DxDiag ... Please help ☹️ I really don't know what to do at this point...oh and I have the physical discs for all my expansions and base game
