Stuff packs bought, installed but not showing in game launcher to select
Hello,
I bought my stuff packs for the sims 3 a while ago, and they're not showing up in the game launcher. It shows on the EA app that I have them owned and installed but they do not show up in game launcher that i have them installed. i feel like I've tried everything. I've also tried on my gaming laptop as well as my pc, but the same thing. It's only certain stuff packs such as: diesel stuff, movie stuff, 70s 80s 90s, fast lane and high end stuff. Everything else shows up

Were you previously playing on a Mac? It sounds like you may need the PC versions of these packs added to your account- this isn't something we can do over AHQ as we don't have access to your account details, but live support can take a look and be sure the correct versions are available for you.
