Supernatural pack missing

Hello, I have been playing Sims 3 since I was 8, and I have bought all of the expansion packs. Although I have noticed that my Supernatural pack has randomly vanished? When I check the EA app, it says that I own the add-on but when I open the Sims 3 launcher, it doesn't show in my list of installed packs. When I hit "install" on the launcher, it sends me to the EA app's Sims 3 page. However when i click the supernatural add-on, there's no option to download it.

EMPShielded The problem is that since you previously had Sims 3 installed on this other computer, reinstalling isn't a completely valid test. The same leftover data could be present on that system too.

If you want my help, I really need you to uninstall Sims 3 and the EA App with Revo, as described in the post I linked earlier.

EMPShielded Because uninstalling Sims 3 the normal way has never removed all hidden files. That's been a problem since 2009 and is still true now.

Revo Uninstaller comes in a "portable" version, meaning it's not actually installed: no hidden files, no registry entries, no dependencies. You could delete it after using it without leaving behind any data.

Revo doesnt work, the files arent the problem. I got my dad to check using his MacBook which has never had the sims 3 installed, didnt work even when he ONLY installed supernatural.
