Terrible customer support

I had purchased one of the world packs for the Sims 3 and only one of the codes EA sent to me worked, the other had already been used. This was a little over a week ago. Since then I have been emailed by ea support numerous times about my issue but every time I reply with the info they ask for, I get ignored until they email me the same questions the next day or two days after. I have already provided the info but I have had no resolution to my problem. This has been going on for OVER A WEEK. Obviously ea doesn’t care about you as a client, or the money you spend on their crappy half attempted products. I would like all $8 I spent refunded to me or the code I had purchased. This is quite frankly ridiculous. The problem should have been fixed the day I entered the support ticket (which was a pain to find and fill out). I don’t appreciate having my money stolen by a multi million dollar company. Please resolve this issue.
