The Boardwalk

I bought the boardwalk venue from the sims3 store today thinking that it would make a great and fun addition to my town in sunlit tides. I can't palce it though, and I am unsure as to why this may be. I have a free 64x64 community lot, but the boardwalk still will not place. Is this venue something that can only be palced in roaring heigts? If so, the item description DOES NOT SPECIFY THIS and I wasted $20 thinking that I could place it in any world.

Any insight or informaiton is greatly apprecited.

    i've placed the boardwalk in sunset valley...did you change the lot type to community-visitors allowed or hangout ? try this first go to edit town click on the lot make sure to change the lot type to visitors allowed then click on the bild/buy throw some sofas or beds on the lot then while in edit town buldoze the lot then see if you can place the boardwalk

    I've been trying to put it in Sunset Valley and nothing works. What lot did you put it in?

    ahh i see the lot size is 64X64 so the only lot size that big in sunset valley is the central park so you'll need deceide to bulldoze the park or not if you do deceide to bulldoze the park go to edit click on the park build/buy and throw some furniture in the park as sometimes the grid for a lot can disappear this one way of preventing that happening then back to edit town bulldoze the park and place the boardwalk
