I registered both codes that I got for pre-ordering and they are the same pack? The one for the Party Pack is another School Spirit code. How do I get the Party pack?
How can you tell what pack they are for ? Does one show up twice in your purchase history and the other one doesn't ? The purchase history has a history of showing stuff mutlitple times.

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

Where did you redeem the codes ? At the corresponding pages (link in the link I gave above) ? Does only one show up double in your purchase history.
I did use the http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/ep9origin
And both loaded as the School Spirit but now when I went to take a screenshot the 2nd one has been replaced with the party pack. haha

I pre-ordered and have successfully installed the Party Pack and they keep telling me (I've been on chat with customer service twice now) that the School Spirit Pack is there but I never received a code and it's not showing up in my Purchase History, they have since given me the number to call and speak with a rep but I really can't deal with sitting on the phone listening to hold crap for ANOTHER hour.
