Yep. Everyone (almost?) has this problem with Store contents. I know two temporary solutions that might or might not work: Disabling the in-game overlay on EA App or switching back to Origin.
Also, if you stay on EA App with the first solution I offered, try restarting the launcher if you see your contents shown as not installed at first. Sometimes Store contents are shown as installed again after a restart.
