The game does not recoignize my video card

Question

I have a NVIDIA GeForce GT 620, It came with the computer so I have not changed anything out.

I tried following the directons going from Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\ but there are no files that say Game\Bin or anything like that.

The game played fine with no issues before the latest patch, I have no Mod have never used them, and the only CC I have was bought off the Sims3 Store.

Is there anything else I can try

The computer is only a few mo. old.

Do you get an actual error message ?Which instructions did you follow exactly ?What's your operating system ?

It says The Sims 3 has stopped working, Windows says nothing is wrong.

but cant find ts3W.exe,

another sight said got to the game/bin fille and look for GraphicsCard.orig and GraphicsRules.orig. save them and give them an sgr extention. I don't have a game/bin file cant even find those links in sims files.
