The game does not recoignize my video card

It says The Sims 3 has stopped working, Windows says nothing is wrong.

but cant find ts3W.exe,
another sight said got to the game/bin fille and look for GraphicsCard.orig and GraphicsRules.orig. save them and give them an sgr extention. I don't have a game/bin file cant even find those links in sims files.
