The official website's pack didn't work

So you have the sims3pack file but it doesn't show in your launchers downloads tab, is that what you're saying ? 

When you click to download, does the launcher open by itself ? Are attempting this while your game is open or closed and are you downloading through the ingame store or from the website ?

I downloaded THE TOYOTA PRIUS FAMILY PACK through this website: http://store.thesims3.com/prius?intcmp=TheSims3storejan_internal_storesplash_prius 
I clicked the download button from this website. Not launcher's download tab.

I just clicked the download button than the launcher opened by itself to download THE TOYOTA PRIUS FAMILY PACK, the game didn't start or closed by itself. I didn't enter the game too.

you have the dynamic challenges highlighted those are the ingame achievements badges so no need to worry about that the set if it downloaded correctly if i remember right is named the ToyotaSet3 if that is in your download folder click it again to install it you might get the message already installed or something to that effect sometimes that is enough for it to show up in game in the buy mode-transport check the gold box as it may insatll with an image of the set click that and the items should show up there i also notice you have 3rd party CC sometimes that can prevent an item showing up or downloading

Did it download the pack ? And if so, did you hit install on the launcher afterwards ?

I can't seem to see your pictrues but that seems to be an issue on my side.
