The serial code you entered is invalid. Please enter a valid serial code and re-submit.

So i just bought The Sims 3 and redeem my code in origin. Everything went fine, i downloaded game, install it, and when i hit PLAY button, it says, that i have to put registration key. But i doesn't work ! I tried to put it in at thesims3.com, but it says ''The serial code you entered is invalid. Please enter a valid serial code and re-submit. '' Game is not showing in purchase history in origin (website), but is in my account in origin (application). I don't know what to do...

    Look VERY closely at 8 and B's. There's other letters that look the same but this is the most common mistake.

    If its not that simply use any serial code from the internet, loads posted on youtube. They work for the game but not on the site as you can only register once on the site.. not the case with the actual game though

    I wouldn't feel bad about it either!

    When I lost my booklet contacted EA the game was registered on the site AND I had the Amazon receipt.. they told me to go buy another game! So.. I have no qualms in telling people how to get codes~ If you had said what game or expansion I'd have given you one right now.
