the sims 3 + dlc

I have the sims 3 on disc and i want to buy a dlc pack. Will i be able to buy and use a dlc pack from origin(download version) or do i have to get the disc version?

    You can choose a digital version from Origin or a physical without any problem 😉 The game will be add to the base game automatically 😉
