I've just bought EA-Play subscription and chosen The Sims 3 Base Pack. In my library I see 3 different versions now. But none of them work.
I have Mac but 64 version doesn't available. What is the problem?
@01938475 EA Play is Windows-only, meaning you can't play any games you get from the subscription in macOS. That even applies to the few games that have Mac versions, like Sims 3.
If you want to play Sims 3 on your Mac, you'll need to buy a standalone copy. You'll also need to remove the EA Play version from your library, which you should be able to do by right-clicking and selecting Remove from Library.
