Hello,
Yes, I have already connected with advisors several times over live chat. Unfortunately, despite these attempts, The Sims 3 (64-bit) still does not appear in my EA App library on Mac. When I asked about redeeming a code as a possible solution, I was told that there is no such option available. So at the moment I’m stuck. I cannot see the game in my profile and I also cannot use a code to activate it.
Thanks, here on the forums we can't access your account details to get the 64-bit version added for you, but live support can check your account and get that version manually added.
Please try submitting a brand new help request so they can take another look with you. I'd also recommend attaching this forum conversation when you reach out so the team has additional information to reference on this.
