All that came up when I clicked on the i was game info and I clicked on that but nothing with installing was there ☹️
OK. I am not sure what else to suggest other than trying a completely new installation of TS3 and Origin. Maybe there is some corruption in your setup.

Make a backup of your saves, downloads etc first.
To get the latest version of Origin, see here: the latest version can be downloaded from the Origin website at http://www.dm.origin.com/mac/download
I would install the base game and patch up to date, 1.63, before proceeding to add any expansions.
