The Sims 3 and EA help live chat are both impossible!
Hello! I've tried to live chat with EA help, but I couldn't catch the moment to chat: the EA help manager just closes the chat! Now live chat button is unavailable to me, I suppose. The issue is the following: I can't request the right to download The Sims 3 64-bit version on my Mac through EA app - it says it's Windows only, but I read on forums around here that it's not Windows only since the release of 64-bit version. I desperately need help, because EA help managers are so hard to reach!

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
If that doesn't work, open a private browser window where you're not signed into any EA site and try again, this time using "can't login" as the problem. You won't need to login to open a help ticket.
