The Sims 3 DLC not showing in EA app or launcher on Mac

Hi, I need help with The Sims 3 DLC entitlements not appearing in EA app or in-game launcher on Mac.
The DLCs are visible in my EA account purchase/redeem history as activated, but they do not show in the library or launcher.

  • And2612​  To be clear, you do NOT see the DLC in the EA App, under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons?  (DLC that isn't installed won't appear in the launcher, so the launcher is just a symptom, not the problem itself.)  If you do see the DLC in the EA App, but it's listed as "available in Windows," please see the accepted solution of this thread:

    If the DLC isn't there at all, but it's in the purchase history of this same account (and make sure it is in fact the same account), you'll need to contact EA customer support.  Take screenshots of the account info showing you own the content, including the order number where applicable; a support rep can look up the info and try to figure out why it's not showing on your account.

    I stronly recommend live chat rather than email.  If you don't see the option, choose a slightly different category of issue.

    And if the support rep says you only own the Windows versions of certain packs, you can refer them to the thread I linked above, the relevant part being that you simply need the 64-bit entitlements added to your account, which is the proper procedure here.
