    @nessatay2223 (and everyone else in this thread)  I've flagged this issue to EA but don't know of anything else to suggest at the moment.  It's clearly not universal, which probably makes the issue more difficult to resolve.  Hopefully there will be some news soon.

Hello all, I hope that someone can help! After being forced to download the EA app I can now no longer download worlds from the exchange. the show in the game launcher but when I click install after a few moments it shows a message saying "There was an error downloading content {0} " Is anyone able to help me fix this? Thank you!
