The sims 3 expansion packs installation error

Hi!

I bought the Sims 3 island living, late night, pets, and world adventures expansion packs on Instant Gaming a few days ago. When I go to download them the message "installation error" pops up, I have tried many of the tips people have shared on her and Reddit but it won't work.  I bought the base game at the same time and can play it but the packs won't download. I have linked screenshots of how the message looks.

I also saw that Ea won't "accept" the packs if you bought them on an online store but now I can't "rebuy" it in the Ea app so how can I even make this right?
