The Sims 3 Pets Xbox 360

Hello, I have a problem with connecting to Ea servers on my Xbox 360 whilst playing sims 3 pets. I would like to know how to solve this problem, my internet is fast enough and the connection is strong. Any help please? Thank you, Goodbye. :cathappy:

    The online services for The Sims 3 Pets for Xbox are not available anymore, sorry!
