nessatay2223 Have you uninstalled the lot through the launcher and also deleted the corresponding .Sims3Pack file in ...The Sims 3 > Downloads? If not, please do so, then download a fresh copy of the venue and try again to install it.
If this doesn't work, let me know how much of a burden it would be to reinstall all your Store content. Rebuilding your content is the most reliable approach, but there's a workaround if that would take too much time and effort.
puzzlezaddictI tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it still doesn't show up in my downloads folder. I have a lot of store content, but if I reinstall all of my store content, will I lose my save? I have a family that I am playing with in one of the store content worlds.
