nessatay2223 Reinstalling your Store content wouldn't affect your saves as long as you reinstalled everything AND you didn't load your save and save your progress with the Store stuff removed. The save is unaffected by what you do when it's not loaded.
If you're willing to reinstall all your Store stuff, here's how:

If you'd like to try to avoid this hassle, there's a workaround. First, uninstall the venue through the launcher again. Rename or move the Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, and open the launcher to spawn a clean folder. Move the ccmerged.package from DCBackup inside your old Sims 3 folder to DCBackup in the new one. (As a side note, all the other files in DCBackup can be deleted.)
Download a fresh copy of the venue and install it, but nothing else, into the clean folder. Move the ccmerged file back to DCBackup inside the old Sims 3 folder. Additionally, move the file inside Library back to the old folder. This is the file for the lot itself.
Open DCCache inside your old Sims 3 folder and find the file that ends in .ebc and has the highest number. These files start with zero, so dcdb0.ebc through dcdb5.ebc or whatever. The files ending in .dbc are for custom content and don't count. Whatever the highest number is, you're going to rename the .dbc file in your new Sims 3 folder to one number higher, so dcdb6.ebc in the example above. Then move it to DCCache in the old Sims 3 folder, trash the new folder, and put the old one back.
If this doesn't work, you'll need to rebuild your Store content in a new folder, then transfer your existing content to that folder, as described in the link above.
puzzlezaddictit worked! Thank you so much! So if this happens with any other store content, is this what I do?
