The Sims 3 problem-apartment in the skyscraper

Hi! Does anyone have any of you can ever have such a problem in the Sims 3 and knows how to remedy this? :   When I create any family and play it in the skyscraper apartment is from around the worl...

Hi. I did so too. I added another door to the hidden room and again the same is not known for what reason still sims appear in the hallway and say that the door is blocking the exit.

@AlexanderMac08  It's possible that there is some leftover jig (from an action that a sim performed) blocking the path.  To get rid of it, you'll probably need to bulldoze and replace the entire lot.  You can evict the family living there in Edit Town, save the building to the bin, bulldoze the lot, replace the building, and move the household back in.  If you do it all in one Edit Town session, the sims will not lose their jobs or relationships, just their promised dreams and opportunities.
