Hi, I downloaded the Sims 3 game and a couple expnsion packs awhile ago through Amazon.com. I created an Origin account and dowloaded them to my computer through there. I can play the games just fin...

try clear  th einternet cache and switch browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or firefox then try log in with your orign email and password
