The Sims 3 Supernatural product key problem

that's a 16 digit code for DLC content ( depending on the expired date on the leaflet that may be no good )

the 20 digit code should be on the back of the black and white  leaflet how to install the game

Yip, the code on the back of the booklet is 16 digits long, but the installer is asking for 20 digits. 

i remember that issue some time back maybe you purchased it at that time had a search to find the link  for you to read

That's most definitely my problem yes. :/ That sucks, i don't have the slip anymore. So now i payed for a game that i can't use. Thanks so  much for the info.

I'd still try and contact CS they  may have some other way for you to show proof of purchase that you could attach to your ticket
