The Sims 3 Supernatural

Hello!

I have recently brought The sims 3 supernatural expansion pack on the online store in origin. Whenever I try to play the new expansion normally the sims 3 launcher shows up. The startup is normal till I press play. It will not launch the game, whether I start either the Sims 3, The sims 3 nightlife and lastly supernatural.  The sims 3 base game is on disc with nightlife, however the supernatural pack is brought online. Also the Sims 3 Launcher starter tries to connect with origin, it does not connect. I would love help when it comes to this problem, it will be greatly appreciated. Thankyou! 😕mileyvery-happy:

    Try running the game through TS3.exe. It's in your base game "Game/Bin" folder.

    I tried this method and it did not work. The game hasn't start up. Before, my sim game hasn't done this before till I got supernatural.

    You need to run the game through Origin using Supernatural. To do so:

    • open up the Origin client
    • go to your My Games 
    • Click PLAY on Supernatural
    • The launcher will start
    • Press play

    Does that not work?
