The Sims 3 (XBox 360) Exchange pass missing??

Question

Okay my problem on my XBox is The Exchange pass that comes with my new copy of the Sims 3. I downloaded the pass, typed in my code, and logged into the exchange. Worked perfectly that day. The following day I booted up my game and pressed Y to connect to EA. &nbsp;A window appeared telling me I've connected to EA. I pressed A to confirm. Another window appeared saying: "Your pass to The Exchange is missing. Would you like to download it again?" I clicked accept and successfully downloaded again my complimentary online pass. The popup letting me know my download was successful appeared and I clicked continue. However, the button to connect to The Exchange is still blacked out, preventing me from connecting. What happened? ☹️ When I tried to reconnect to EA the popup window process continued. I can connect to The Store but not The Exchange. Any idea why?

HiI am trying to download some lots from the exchange but everytime i try it says, unable to download content and that it requires "unknown downloadable content" in order to download the lot.&nbsp; Can someone please help with this?&nbsp; I am using xbox 360.

Yes. I even spoke to EA Customer Support. No one seems to know. ☹️
