@mickeynichole13 I think it's unlikely you could get replacement codes without proof of purchase, which these days means more than just having the physical copies. Still, you can try. Take a photo for each pack showing the disc and case, and upload those when you submit the help request.

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

If none of this works, wait for the next Sims 3 sale, when packs will probably be $8 again instead of $20.
