Hello,

Could you kindly please help with the issue I am facing? I have bought and downloaded the game The Sims 3. According to the product information, the game should be available in Czech language. However, there is no option to choose Czech language anywhere. Could you please advise what could be done to solve this?

@BarboraValderova The option to choose a language appears before you install the game. This screenshot is from Sims 4, but the language option is in the same place:

So you'll need to uninstall and reinstall in Czech.
