the sims3 website its not letting me log in

I have tried everything, i changed my password, tried to log in using the site, tried to log in using the sims home screen, 

When i change my password it says ''your password has been successfully changed'' but when i try to log in on either of these pages

it either takes me to the ''Registration'' part or the log in bit just pops up again! 

Help?

    • Did you try a different browser ?
    • Do you have cookies enabled ?

    If it happens anyways, contact a Customer Support game advisor so they can take a look at your account to find out what's going on
