"This code has already been used"

Question

Hi !&nbsp;

I wanted to play to the Sims 3 again, so I downloaded Origin and installed them.

For the Sims 3, the Sims 3 generations &amp; the Sims 3 Animals &amp; cie, no problem, but when I try to enter the code for the Sims 3 adventures, origin tells me that my code has already been used. The games aren't new, I have already downloaded them on an old computer, but it was the exact same for the two first add ons, so I don't understand why the third&nbsp;won't work.

And it is not in&nbsp;my Origin library.

Have you ever been in that situation ?

The best thing for you to do is to contact a game advisor (the nice folks over at EA support) for more help with this. There’s nothing we can do on the forum Answer HQ to fix "code" (account and billing issues) like this.

You need to contact EA/Origin support for more assistance. They will be able to assist you further for this issue you are having.

1) Click on your game or search if it isn’t listed.
