@katiebarton14 If you don't know which packs you've installed, it's easier to start from the beginning. Please do a clean uninstall of Sims 3, as described here:
https://bluebellflora.com/how-to-do-a-clean-uninstall-and-reinstall-on-a-mac/
Download the game from Origin, the base game only (no packs). Each pack installs separately and asks for a product key, so if you only go through the install process once, you'll know you've only installed the base game. When it's installed, run the Super Patch (digital download version), which you can find here:
https://bluebellflora.com/sims-3-manual-super-patch-for-mac-1-67/
Running it means downloading it, double-clicking on it, directing it to the Sims 3 base game, and letting it run for a few minutes. It'll let you know when it's done.
Once you've run the Super Patch, please try to launch the game and let me know whether it works. If it does, please list all the expansion and stuff packs you want to install, but don't install any of them yet. Some packs require extra steps to get installed properly.

@katiebarton14 I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. If you can't uninstall Sims 3 the normal way, please use the instructions I posted for deleting the files manually. Then download the base game from Origin and run the Super Patch.
You specifically need to download the 32-bit base game, the one that does not say 64-bit on it. If you already downloaded the 64-bit base game, you can uninstall it through Origin or just delete the files manually, as in, drag them to the trash. For the 64-bit version only, open either Applications or Users > your username > Applications and drag The Sims 3.app and the folder labeled "The Sims 3 Packs" to the trash.
Again, if you have the 32-bit version, you need to follow these instructions to do a clean uninstall:
https://bluebellflora.com/how-to-do-a-clean-uninstall-and-reinstall-on-a-mac/
From now on, please be more specific about what you're trying to do and how it's not working. I'm having trouble figuring out what you're trying to say. If it's easier, you can write the message in your native language and then use Google Translate to translate it to English.

@katiebarton14 Look, I'm trying my best to help you, but I can't help you if I don't have all the relevant information, and I can't help you unless you follow the troubleshooting steps I post. The problem is fixable, but it doesn't fix itself.
Would it be easier if you asked someone else to read through the thread with you and help you with following some of the instructions? I would be happy to explain what to do for someone who doesn't understand how Sims 3 works.
