@dashblast300 Where and when did you buy Supernatural? You might have received a bad code. Alternately, if you ever had two EA accounts merged, that can prevent packs from the old account from being recognized properly.
I got it on disk years ago when it first came out.
@dashblast300 Then the code should be fine, although sometimes strange things happen.
One possible workaround is using the Lazy Duchess custom launcher. I don't know for sure that it will help you specifically, but it's easy to try. And if it does nothing or you don't like it, delete the files you added and repair the game, and you'll be back to where you started.
Well, Supernatural IS showing up in the launcher now. However, still none of the actual game play once I launch it. :C
