Unable to use Simport

I had issues with my Origin account linking to my Sims account so I contacted customer support and they gave me new codes and now on the sims it says I have all the games except the two I just purchased. I can't use my simport because it says I need to register a game. What can I do to solve all my problems?

    You will need to talk to a game advisor again.

    If they don't show up on your myPage/myGames there's nothing we as users can do for you here.
