University Life don't show in launcher

Hi, I have a problem with the University Life expansion pack for The Sims 3. I have the game installed through the EA App and on my computer, and the files for this pack are installed as well, but the expansion still doesn’t show up in the launcher.

I’ve tried reinstalling the whole game, installing only this expansion, repairing both the game and the EA App, and I even reinstalled my entire Windows system — but still, this is the only expansion pack that doesn’t appear.

 

Unfortunately, I lost my CD version of this pack, so the only way I can install it is through the EA App. I remember that a few years ago everything worked fine.

 

I'm using Windows 10. All other expansion packs show up and work normally — only University Life is missing. In the EA App, it says that I own the pack and it's installed.

 

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

    It sounds like this pack was removed from your account and you would need to repurchase in order to access and play. This isn't something we can check on over the forums as we don't have access to your account information, but live support can check your entitlements for this pack and see what's happened.

    Please submit a new case on the site here so they can look into this further- be sure you attach this forum conversation when you reach out there so the team has further information to reference.
