Want my old town back

Question

I decided to move a sim from Sunset valley to Bridgeport. I moved with the mobile phone and the computer recommended me later to save the game to a new name file, which I did ("Bridgeport"). I thought the two games would be separate and that Sunset. Valley would be intact. But when I wanted to play my old Sunset Valley game later the only option I could choose (named "Sunset Valley")took me to my newly moved sim in Bridgeport. How can I come back to my old game in Sunset Valley?? Is everything deleated??

usually if you move in&nbsp; the previous game you where playing in is gone the only way to avoid that is to save the game first then save as new name then move
do you have the save game before you did move ? you'd have to launch that to play in sunset valley or do the above save the game in Bridgeport then save as new name move your sims back to sunset valley although you will more than likely be starting off again building up friendships etc
