What is "dynamicchallenge"?

@MrzTram These have to do with in-game badges you can earn. I believe these specific files are supposed to track progress on some badges, but I'm not completely sure. If you don't care for the badges, or even if you might care at some point but aren't worried about losing progress, you can delete them. But they'll likely be recreated the next time you load a save or perhaps even open the launcher.
