Where can I find my serial code? [Registered on sims 3 website]

Hi.
So I moved house and in the process lost my panphlet with my serial code.
I want to re-install my sims 3 game to my laptop... is there a way of retreiving my code? I remember entering it to the Sims 3 website when I registered my game.
Please help.

+ I imagine this question gets asked over & over again. so sorry - no other posts have helped me this far.

    Hi,

If you had registered your code on Sims 3 site then it is very easy to see them. Just download and install Origin from here. Then login with account which you had used to register code and click on My games to see your game there. There is option in origin to see your Cd key, there in your game's pick which shows as "i" icon next to "Ready to download", click on this to see your game's Cd key.

    Regards,

If this information helps you then select it as solution and Hit XP also.

@drufixen3  All you should have to do is download and install the Origin client. Login to Origin on the new computer and right click the game icon and you should be able to download the game. If you click game properties the code is there. The system no longer retains codes for packs.

So I can just download them from origin? I don't need to have the CDs? It's been years since I've used origin and played the Sims 3...and by packs you mean expansion packs? So if all my serial codes are missing in order to play with that pack I have to rebuy it?

@NokiaBokia  If you redeemed (or bought) the packs through Origin all you have to do is download  and install the Origin client and log in using the same user name and password you used before (just like Steam). The software on the discs is dated. I recommend getting the digital download versions through Origin.
