Where is my promo code for free stuff pack with sims 3 Paradise Island?

Hi,

I pre-ordered The Sims 3 Paradise Island, and received the email on 27th along with three other emails for the registration gifts, island castaway stuff and also the email for my free stuff pack.

Iv'e managed to download everything apart from my free stuff pack as I need a promotion code for the checkout. Iv'e searched everywhere in the email and used various codes that I can see but nothing works, and i can't see anything that specifically says it's a promo code. The only thing that is in the email is something that looks like a link but when I run the cursor over it, it doesn't highlight as they usually do. How do I find out what this code is to get my free stuff before the promotion period runs out?
